Easy to Doc is architected specifically to protect citizen confidentiality. When you crop a photo, resize a signature, compile an affidavit draft, or compress a multi-page PDF, all calculations and image manipulations execute locally in your device's web browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly. Your files, documents, photographs, and personal information are never uploaded to, transmitted across, or stored on our servers.

- No Database Retention: We have no databases storing user files, Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, bank figures, or photos.
- Immediate Disposal: As soon as you close or refresh your browser tab, all temporary memory allocations are permanently destroyed.
- Zero AI Training: Your files are never used, analyzed, or shared to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
- No Document Sale: We strictly do not sell, license, rent, or trade your files, identity data, or metadata to any third party.
3. Technical Logs & Anonymous Analytics
Like most websites, our web hosting servers automatically record standard, anonymous HTTP request headers for security and server performance monitoring:
- Browser type and version (User-Agent)
- Referrer URL and date/time stamps
- Country or region of origin (generalized IP routing)
- Aggregated page visit metrics via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP telemetry)
These technical logs contain no personal identity information and cannot be linked to the content of files you process in your browser.
