1. Purely Informational & Technical Formatting Utility
Easy to Doc provides free browser-based tools to help citizens crop photographs to standard passport dimensions, resize signatures to official pixel constraints, compress PDFs to portal size limits (under 200KB or 500KB), and generate standard draft text for non-judicial stamp paper.
Easy to Doc does not process, review, approve, or issue government documents, certificates, or cards. To obtain any official document, citizens must independently submit their application on the authorized government portal, pay official government fees directly, and complete mandatory departmental verifications.
2. No Intermediary, Agent, or Broker Services
We do not act as an agent, broker, middleman, or authorized representative for any citizen or government authority. We do not charge application fees, commission fees, or processing charges on behalf of any government department.
3. Accuracy of Specifications & Rule Changes
All specifications, dimensional limits, accepted document lists, and guidance notes presented on Easy to Doc are compiled from public circulars, departmental notifications, and official government gazettes. While we make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, government rules, fees, and portal constraints are subject to change without prior notice.
Easy to Doc makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information. Users are strongly advised to independently verify current requirements directly on the official government website before final submission.
4. No Legal Advice or Guarantee of Acceptance
The document templates, affidavits, and self-declaration formats provided on Easy to Doc are intended solely for general informational and drafting assistance. They do not constitute legal advice. The legal admissibility and acceptance of any document remain at the sole discretion of the receiving authority, court, or verifying official. For complex legal matters, users should consult a qualified advocate.
5. Outbound Links to Official Portals
For citizen convenience, Easy to Doc provides direct outbound links to authorized government portals (such as uidai.gov.in, passportindia.gov.in, parivahan.gov.in, and pan.utiitsl.com). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or availability of third-party government websites.
Citizens and applicants must always verify current rules, eligible documents, and fee structures directly on the authorized government portal governing their respective application before final submission.
