Our Core Privacy Principle: 100% In-Browser Local Processing

Easy to Doc is specifically engineered to protect citizen privacy. When you crop a photo, resize a signature, or compress a document PDF, all processing executes locally inside your device's web browser (using HTML5 Canvas, client-side Web APIs, and in-memory WebAssembly). Your identity files are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because Easy to Doc requires no user accounts or registrations, we do not collect or store:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or password.
  • Your Aadhaar number, PAN number, Passport number, or Driving Licence numbers.
  • Copies of your photographs, handwritten signatures, or identity documents.
  • Payment details, credit card numbers, or bank account information (Easy to Doc is 100% free).

2. What Files You Upload & How They Are Processed

When using our Document Preparation Studio or PDF Tools, you may select image files (JPG, PNG, WebP) or PDF documents from your smartphone or computer:

  • Purpose of Processing: Files are processed exclusively to adjust aspect ratios, pixel dimensions, DPI, and file size to match official government upload specifications.
  • Location of Processing: 100% in your device's volatile RAM. No server endpoint receives the file data.
  • Retention: File data resides in browser memory only while the browser tab is open. When you click “Replace”, “Reset”, or close your browser tab, all temporary memory objects are permanently destroyed.

3. Zero AI Model Training & No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your documents with any third party. Your files and photos are never used to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

4. Anonymous Analytics & Technical Logs

To maintain website availability and performance, our web servers record standard anonymous HTTP requests (such as page visit counts, browser user-agent, and country of origin). These server logs do not contain document contents, personal identity details, or uploaded images.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Easy to Doc uses minimal local browser storage solely to preserve your UI preferences (such as light mode or active preparation slots) during your session. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Privacy Assurance

Easy to Doc operates on a strict client-side model where all PDF formatting and document processing tasks happen locally in your browser session with zero server data storage.
